Used to grind them up in a coffee grinder and drink it down with milk.

But I recently started soaking them overnight, and then blending with milk and drinking it. I think they're more digestible that way. I've noticed I'm not shitting as much since switching, which is nice, because I used to shit twice a day.
>>

I share them
>>
One deciliter oats
Three deciliters water
A little bit of salt
Boil in kettle
Small dab of butter in middle, or not if I don't feel like it
>>
I usually do the overnight oats method.

>1 cup of oats
>1 cup of milk
>1 serving of either vanilla, strawberry or chocolate slim fast
>1 table spoon of peanut butter (if using chocolate or vanilla flavoring)
>1 chopped up banana (if using strawberry or chocolate flavoring)
>A mix of cinnamon/raisins (if using vanilla flavoring)

Sometimes I will substitute 1 cup of oats for either a cup of rice or grits depending on what I want to eat. They both turn out really well after 8+ hours of soaking in the fridge.

I have lost about 30 lbs in a month in a half eating these meals for lunch/dinner (breakfast was two hard boiled eggs)

More milk
Peanut butter

>>

>>

I keep my oats in a empty protein powder container. Its super convenient and i use the scoop for measuring.
I put 2 scoops of oats, 1 scoop chocolate whey, 1 sliced banana, 1tsp cocoa powder, 1tsp cinnamon, 1whole egg, water to cover them, a little bit of salt. Mix the shit out of it then 90 sec in the microwave, mix again and 60 sec in microwave.
Sometimes add avocado, raisins, flax seeds or something.
Been eating that stuff for almost a year straight most mornings. Still like it.
>>
I use to go full scooby and do oats + choco protein powder + honey + peanut butter
>>
>>40544379
100g oats in a cup with water and then gulp, basically

What are /fit/'s favorite oat smoothie recipes? I haven't made anything good besides the ancient pb+oats+banana+chocolate whey+milk that we've all had
>>
