Going to try to stop masturbating for all of lent, hasn't ended well in the past but I've gotten into meditation and feel that I've made serious gains with my willpower

It can be done but it truly is hard, especially if you're going to agonize over losing a lot of weight/gains. I fasted for a weekend last year and gained a great deal of respect for people who do it regularly. You know the low blood sugar feeling where you feel withered and on the verge of passing out?
