Too poorfag to afford bulk for too many days so my goal is to do it for 20 days
Here it is
2L Whole milk
500 gr of Oats
50ml of olive oil
3 scoops of Mass gainer protein
This gives
total 4124 calories
196 gr of protein
400 gr of carbs
I will try to putt more calories a day by eating chocolates and junk food as i can.
Question: Is this bulk plan aprooved ? What should i expect ?

Eat some veggies and fruits dude are you insane? They are very cheap if you buy them in bulk. Get some micros in and avoid so much milk and milk protein.
