horizontal rows
reverse flies
chest stretching
lat stretching
shoulder stretching
because i keep doing this but don't seem to be making much progress
You also need to actively force yourself into a correct posture, its not magically happen from alone.

stretch the thoracic spine too. don't do any chest/front delt work until it's fixed. have a professional assess your posture if possible.
I would do face pulls. They feel great for my shoulders and have helped correct my posture. Also learn about internal and external rotation. Then learn to hold your shoulders somewhere inbetween the two. You dont have to overcorrect, just keep your shoulders in a healthy, neutral position
