proper posture and stop eating like a faggpt until you hit 3 pl8 bench, doing some chest flys isnt gonna randomly make your chest grow but massively increasing your strength will. Alot of people dont like their chest for a couple years

Your chest is completely proportional.
You just don't have the pec insertions that cause big man titty pecs.

Try alternating incline bench with closed elbows and dips/Decline bench, then flys for volume. Also work on your lateral delts. Increases contribution to ohp, placing less strain on your front delts.
