Do a cut? Are you fucking serious? You have no muscle mass whatsoever. Cuts are for people who have lifted weights, gained a bit of extra weight in the calorific loading they've done to fuel their heavy lifting, and want to cut that back to look good.
You on the other hand.
You need to get to the gym and start lifting light and lots of it and start doing some HIIT sessions, combined with plenty of sleep and a decent diet.

not really, you might not get quite as accurate as you'd like but it still works fine. there's a reason people work in surpluses/deficits of 500 calories, it leaves room for error
