I've found that the workouts are similar to workouts at the teams. There's lots if endurance work in sealfit. This is by no means a beginner workout.

Did it 2012-2013. Generally the programs were designed for consumption as 2/day workouts.
The strength segment was just a minimally modified 5/3/1 with more volume built in. Think 5/3/1 BBB for lifts that occasionally deviate from the big 4.
I'd often skip the endurance, depending on PT (was Navy at the time), but the "Work Capacity" section would focus on the same muscle group as the Strength section.
It was ok. Decent programming if you want to get strong but not think for yourself. Which summed me up, then.
