stadium running is good if you make sure to keep the intensity up and do enough volume to make an impact
id keep doing the stadium, drop the run (maybe just do a walk), and do a whole-body muscle workout 3x a week including pushups and situps and actually try to build up the numbers, don't just do the same amount daily
then once that train is rolling focus your effort on learning how to construct decent meals 3x a day including vegetables, protein, and low glycemic carbs
