4th day on keto diet, pretty tired and hungry, a lot of times even after meals, and yesterday I think I overate. Should I just endure the hunger or eat?

Go ahead and eat, just don't eat carbs.
If you're still hungry then keep eating. During the first couple of weeks it's more important to eat fat and protein to satiety while you adapt than cave to carb cravings.

make sure you're eating enough fat
protein should be relatively low (lower than a usual bodybuilding diet)
