I've been fuarked since I started doing lowbar squats without my hands.Thought the lean was enough. It's not, m8.
Actually just bumped by knuckle when loading up plates, finger is swollen as shit and throbbing pretty good. Won't be able to do any lifts that require a proper grip, still going to squat at least.

Got the worst cramp in my left leg while benching the other day. Wasn't able to squat properly, hurt like a bitch.
Seems to be doing better now, but that shit sucked.

I used to play baseball hardcore in my teens, was so good I was playing with 20 year olds, got to go to many bars/strippers, was good, but wasn't worth throwing my arm out, now its sketchy doing skull crushers and chest flys, I've thrown it out a few times and all together lost about a weeks worth training upper body each time.
I think I've got a Herniated Disk.
Anyone else been here before? Shit hurts. The Sciatica has faded a lot but still minor pains in lower back and my back muscle on the left hand side is rock fucking hard today.
