Ran SL until intermediate. Now on MadCow though likely to switch to Texas Method. Do a lot of bb type accessories. Tho they're mainly upper body and the only leg ones are occasional front squats, leg extensions, leg press, & calf raises.

Eat at maintainance about 2800 to 3000 cals per week. Pretty balanced fats/proteins/carbs and 1g protein per lb of bodyweight.

Got told by the gay best friend of a woman who I spaghetti over that I have a beautiful body repeatedly. Think am making it. Tho' she's never complimented me ever.
