My apartment is usually 14-18 degrees Celsius(57-64 degrees Fahrenheit) on average. I'm not warm but after a year of this shit I am comfortable.

I just always keep on a jumper or whatever. If I didn't there would be health related consequences. But yeah outside and inside are usually the same temperature.

I've got some kinda metabolism issue, it's fucking with me good and proper.

My nails turn blue if the room temp is below 23c, it's fucking weird. I'm wearing two layers of damn near everything and I'm still getting goosebumps and cold feet.

Someone else recommended omega supps, hopefully they work.
