People are going to judge you no matter what my friend, if they aren't offering constructive criticism, then fuckem, let them judge and just do what you need to do to reach your goals. As a former fatty also, its my favorite line is "c'mon just have one donut/burger/slice of cake etc." People are never going to understand or respect your diet and fitness choices as much as you do my man, I doubt a lot of them are actually trying to make you feel bad.
