I think problems arise in the long term, but I think the Spaniards do it right taking a nap at noon.

Have you actually tried polyphasic sleep?
The only method that worked for me was the "siesta" with the nap in afternoon.

No...It's hard to know what's bullshit and what isn't
Did you manage to cut any sleeping hours by Polyphasic sleeping?
>>40528834
Because i don't want to die. Normal people can do uberman without trouble, but if you go full on uberman while building muscle you will die because you won't get any of the sleep that repairs muscle, only REM sleep.
It is okay to have siesta, but don't lift weights while trying uberman or you will die.

Siesta only works in hot climates. How can you siesta in the middle of winter with 5 hour daylight.

Sleeping is like making toast.
It's not going to toast properly at 20 second intervals

By like 1 hour.. The only problem was that after my nap I felt like I've just woken up from a normal 8 hour sleep. And I always need like 30 minutes to fully wake up after sleeping. That's why I stopped all together, since it wasn't getting me more time in the day.
