I don't want huge legs hence cutting out one of the leg days. Found the program on reddit and it seems to be working so far, all of my lifts are increasing. I also do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times per week.

I've lost like 15 pounds since the end of December by eating at a 700ish calorie deficit, lifting and shooting basketball at least 3 days a week, and playing heavy full court 1 or 2. I haven't put on shit for muscle because I'm not eating near enough. I'm afraid I'm gonna plateau before I get anywhere that doesn't look like shit.

Should I just say "fuck it" and eat at a surplus and attempt to put on muscle? I've also thought about throttling down on the deficit a bit to like 400 calories and see if I can make noob gains there.

I'm pretty high bodyfat right now so I think the delt issue is just fat tissue plus the lighting, my front/rear delts pop in different lighting.

OP bulk so you look like ya boi. Im still bulking and im gonna keep going till i can bench 225 or OHP 1pl8. You'll actually look better as you get bigger (adding fat and muscle). you look high in bf but you have a good figure. I say keep lifting and cutting until cardiobunny mode (dont be fooled by the name & start doing cardio now) alternatively eat @ maintenance and do hypertrophy instead of strength, high reps medium weight over low reps high weight. don't exercise your arms except in compounds, isolate your butt some more. do some planks and side planks. you don't look like you lift how long u been lifting?

also grow your hair my hair is longer than yours!

you have a good figure imo, your belly doesnt have much fat on it. you're not a big girl or anything, your weight seems good. I'd say you'd want to be 5 pounds leaner and look a bit less jiggly, its ok to have fat on your butt.. it looks attractive as long as there is muscle underneath it to give it shape. exercising your arms is going to give you biceps and triceps that will push the fat and make your arm look bigger, do not exercise your arms. how many times a week do u lift and what do u do?

My chin has always been a part that needs work, and my shoulders are naturally wide for my size, so I try to avoid too many arm days anyways

your shoulders don't like too wide. when I said you have a nice figure, I meant you had a nice hour glass going on already. if you want to do cardio do some real cardio not a low intensity for a long time thats just a waste of time. honestly, I would try a keto diet for 2 months, that will give you some nice cutting gains.

as for workout, how about do some body squats and planks before you shower everyday? put the timer on 7 minutes or 4/3 do 4 minutes of squatting without counting just squat as much as you can, and then use the remaining 3 to do some planks, side planks and normal planks. every day before you shower. and do the tongue thing for the jawline. I really think you should just lose 5-10 pounds and you'd look super hot, because you have such a good figure. you just need less jiggle and more solid.

also what broadens the shoulders is back exercises not shoulder ones. so if you think your shoulders are too broad work your back less. don't be afraid of working your shoulders.
