knees pointing forward past your toes isnt a bad thing. look at high level olympic lifters. its mostly due to ankle flexibility and body proportions

If you mean a more functional squat - one where your range of motion is deep without sacrificing your spinal neutrality, then you need to stretch your hips, hamstrings, and ankles so that your flexibility in those areas is increased. It will take a while, but will be worth it OP.

Depends on your hip anatomy.
I personally squat best with my feet shoulder with apart and my toes 45 degrees out.
There's a guy at my gym that squats extremely wide, there's another one that squats extremely narrow.
All three of us squat >405lbs.
Everyone is different in that regard.
Puts a lot of pressure on your lower back so you'll have to wear a belt. But point your toes out and keep your center of gravity right. Also stop asking autistic questions
