Why would you buy these? Dieting and getting enough protein is so fucking easy. These bars are designed for people who have horrible diets but want to feel good about themselves so they eat a protein bar after their McDonald's meal.

They're fine but usually people eat them as a meal replacement so it's like having a four inch 230 calories granola bar for lunch.

Never had digestive problems with these like other anons are saying. I keep a box around in case I want some protein/fiber quick and easy.

But if you can get to a costco then buy their brand of protein bars, they have the same macros and work out to only like $1.25/bar.
