Hey fellas, 28 years old, 6'4 188 lbs here.
Ignoring my degenerate tattoos, pic related are my bicep insertions. They're stupid high - is there a good way to develop lower aspects of the bicep to make myself not look so awful?

worry more about your absent triceps
>>40525280
1. your insertions are not that high, your biceps are just very small
2. you can't develop bone - if there is no muscle there, there is nothing to develop
>>40525280
In terms of that you're fucked by genetics. Just be happy because your arms will look bigger for girls because they don't know shit about aesthetics.
>>40525280
If you actually had arms it wouldn't look bad.

There's no ignoring that crayola shit mate.
Follow a real program, looks like you aren't building all muscles.

t-thanks guys

Fair enough, I'm coming off a complete AC joint tear (grade 4) so I've lost a lot of size
>>40525307
Silver linings, and all that
>>40525280
I have high bicep insertion too. When I actually had decent sized arms they looked fine but like you I went and got snapped and lost alot of size, which is yet to return.
>>40526166
why did you lose size?
>>40525280
man don't sweat that shit. just focus on getting stronger find ways to make it more fun (smaller, short-term goals, etc.) and you're gonna look good regardless your insertions. some of them could be shit other could be god-tier when fully developed. if you get better everything's gonna get better.
>>40525280
>insertions
why is everyone on this board such a dumbass
>>40525280
It doesn't matter because all anybody will be looking at is your shit tier tattoo
>>40526299
Complete tear of both ligaments connecting my AC joint to my collarbone meant I couldn't do much with my arms for a few months
>>40526434
thanks y-you too
>>40526354
Yeah, I guess I'm overthinking insertions when I should be thinking about not looking like a milkbag - cart before the horse and all that
