I have a trip 2 weeks out to Miami with a couple of my mates.
I am terrible at planning and it's come down to the last two weeks and I need to lose at least some weight.
I basically have zero expectation because I know about the reality of the situation but at the same time how do I maximize the weight loss these next two weeks and what is the max weight loss to expect.

Unless you're 235lbs of lean muscle you're so overweight that it probably doesn't matter what you do in two weeks time.
This is the same mentality like "oh I can eat so much food and stuff myself until a month from summer then I'll just quit and I'll look amazing"

Should've been focusing on diet a long time ago.
Nothing you do will make a drastic change in two weeks, think two to six months.
I know I sound negative but its the truth.
