Most fat fucks eat at least a 700 kcal surplus every day, which is basically 2 donuts. Running at 5 mph for a 220 lbs. man only burns about 600 calories, and would leave him totally exhausted.

Vigorous exercise does not put even a small dent in the problem for most fat fucks. The real answer to the problem is not EXERCISE, it is NOT EATING DONUTS AND CAKE EVERY DAY. That is the real solution.

I'm shit at telling stories but i'll tell another about about the same dude. After someone dies especially if they been with us for a while the family will send over some sort of food thing for the staff. A lot of families send super market sheet cakes with something nice written on it. It ends up in the pantry which is a staff only area behind a non locked door. Now a lot of family members and even some patients go in to get ice or a can of off brand soda (had to stop stocking the soda because the fat fuck would kill a 24 pack a night, granted they are the half sized cans but still). So we get a sheet cake from the family of a women who was with us for like 8 years, she lived to 102. We stash it like we always do, staff get a slice or whatever as they want throughout the shifts. No a lot of people pay a lot of mind to the pantry since we got shit to do. So at like 1am a CNA came up to the nursing station laughing asking who went gorilla on the cake.
