I know someone that eats a raw clove first thing every morning. It hurts if your stomach has yeast/bacteria in it. But a whole bulb is too much.

I use garlic in almost everything I cook, and eat a raw clove with my dinner about every other night, and I still only go through an entire bulb once every week give or take a few days.

Despite boasting a ton of health benefits, you really shouldn't be eating more than two to three cloves a day as it can actually be really harmful in high quantities. That and it makes you smell horrible.
