I don't know how /fit/ you are, but you can easily get to that level, just keep going at it. I bet if you train 3 or 4 times a week 1 hour you can manage this in 1 or 2 months easy! Goodluck pal

Can confirm, did something similar and it took me 1 month to get on the level required to do my workout. Just eat big, sleep 8 hours and do your workout 4 times a week, no cheating allowed.

Am I supposed to do Mountain Climbers, then push-ups, then Groiners, then burpees and rest then, or 4 sets of mountain climbers with 60 sec rest inbetween. Cause I can see how the first option would be hard
Its hard because of all the jizz you have to swallow.
Crossfit will feel much better once you get your sphincter-stretches done. Ask your trainer/tribe leader.
