Why the hate /fit/?
Anyone have a first hand experience?
Well I don't hate it, I kinda love it
Three weeks and it smashed my bf while leaving almost untouched my lean mass

>smashed my bf
is your subconscious trying to express something?
Depleting muscles of glycogen makes it harder to lift. Can't lift as much. On the other hand after a few weeks I felt great energy-wise. Hunger wasn't a problem.
But in the end I like going balls to the wall with weights and I can't lift to my full potential On a ketogenic diet

Because it's a great method that uses an emergency mechanism in your body, and exploits it to make you burn fat by tricking your body into thinking you're in a nutritional crisis.
It's a great short term way of losing fat faster, so that you can transition into a normal diet once you're done cutting.
Unfortunately, most of the retards that do it see it as "COOL, I'M LOSING WEIGHT ON STEAK AND BURGERS????" and think it's sustainable ad infinitum, and they keep advising it in all situations, even though the only person on the planet who should be on keto is a fatass who plans on being on it for no more than a year.
Now it's hated because out of 10 times it's reccomended, that advice should be taken less than once.
