If I've been doing keto during my cut and want to carb load similar to how bodybuilders do during peak weak, how would I go about it? I want to look my best on thursday.

Nah, you're too keto indoctrinated. Keto got me to a sustainable single digit BF, but I've learned how my body uses carbs. Carb days are good for resetting your leptin levels. I started doing carb refeeds every six weeks but upped to every two weeks otherwise my BF drops too low for my taste.

Eat your TDEE with high carb low fat, same maintenance protein. Choose carbs wisely. Also when you're doing keto choose your fats wisely. Refeed 1 and 1/2 to 2 days, starting the night before your most demanding workouts.

nuts are great for bulking in general but why not just slip out of ketosis and lean bulk a bit. It doesn't make sense to bulk in a catabolic state. If you've been doing keto that long it shouldn't take much effort to slip back in. It takes me no more than 2 days, shorter if I fast.

nuts (almonds) are calorie dense (high fat) with little to no carbs, you could also go with most sources of meat obviously as well
