i have engraved the concept of risk in my cerebellum and im always scared to go heavy because of a potential injury

Don't do it desu. Just lift for looks not for stats cause nobody gives a fuck about your stats. And no girl worth spending your life with cares about your looks either. I stopped lifting months ago and I met my gf when I stopped working out. Long story short it was because we connected on a personal level. And she is fucking hot too. And I'm like a 7/10. So why even bother.
