I have forward head tilt. [Kind of like the girl on the left in the OP but worse]
If I don't start trying to fix it I think I'll slowly start leaving humanity behind.

Shouldn't be a difficult fix though.

Also, my shoulders round forward, so that's another thing I need to fix.

depends. when I sit to use the computer I kind of jut my head forward, but when I am actually walking around it is fine.
