Does anyone have any good recommendations for apps that provide lifting workouts? To be specific, I'm looking for something that will give me a workout routine based on what I want to work, i;e shoulders, chest, back, etc. I've tried several different apps and I just can't seem to find one to fit my needs. Thanks.

Just use my fitness pal, onedrive, and excel. That way you can just make up your own spreadsheet.
Like pic related.
I use FitNotes to keep track of my lifts.

Check out Bodyspace. It's by bodybuilding.com It has plenty of workouts and guides. Just pick your goals (strength, fat loss, etc) and if you are beginner, intermediate, or expert and will give you a list of potential workouts. It also gives you a calendar view of your workouts and provides a day by day training regime that lets you enter your sets and weight. Very helpful IMO.

I like to do Duolingo while I'm on the stationary bike. I'm trying to learn Spanish.

I used Chronometer. It's a $3 app but it's better than MyFitnessPal, which I used for 4 years until now.
