cbt and general discussion about progress/method. i lean bulk year around, and at this point i'm running PPL with a few days of cardio and using intermittent fasting to purge diet mistakes. last year i was going to the gym almost twice as much, but it seems like i can maintain my strength and conditioning with a much more refined system at this point. what are you guys doing, and how's it working for you?
