Specifically walking across a log and a ladder like pic related, no cables for support
I'd go on a limb and say walking across a log and a ladder like pic related.

Assistance exercises
You know that old adage, Dress for the job you want etc? Same applies to fitness.
If you want to get really good at lifting a heavy weight over your head, do that. If you want to get really good at climbing, climb shit. Go out into the woods and practice running on old logs. If too scared for that, set up a ladder in your yard or something similar and practice on that.
I do lots of calisthenics, and lots of boxing. I know how to hit someone faster and harder than if they just lift heavy weights all day.
I can't however squat 300+ lbs because I never bother doing that. I can outrun or out ruck someone because I practice that. Get the point?
practice in a low rail
get a slackline, BRAH!
