I am at uni in the UK. I live in a catered hall. i.e my food is cooked for me for the first year. I'm trying to lose a bit of fat but its much harded when I can't control what I'm eating. I've made some progress by cutting all snack and essentially having two large meals a day but I've hit an equilibrium and havn't lost fat for a while. I'm about 15% fat. Cheers boys and girls.

So reduce the amount of food from those two meals and add some cardio/HIIT on your off days. Also drink more water throughout the day. Not difficult.
