Stupid question; If cutting is strictly CICO, does that mean I can have a sugary drink daily while trying to cut? A can of coke is around 160 calories. I haven't had sugar for awhile now but I'm craving it pretty badly. What will a can of coke do to my cutting?

You can, but consider this. That can of soda is a serving of oats, 2 eggs, a salad with tuna, etc.
yes you can have a can of coke while cutting, as long as you've got calories to spare.
the only downside is you're missing out on some sweet macro/micronutrients, because you could be using those calories for other foods that are better for you.
it's negligible though. don't lose your mind over this shit, drink your soda.

Save those calories and eat a cold orange for the sugar craving, 45 calories and you can use that other food for something like tuna.

Have a diet soda

>not craving for beer
Just drink some vegetable juice instead.
Yes but you want to be losing fat not muscle so you want to be fitting a lot of protein into your calorie intake. By having a coke you're making it harder to hit your macros.
Also in general you should be trying to eliminate liquid calorie sources 100% forever. I barely consider that clean eating, it's just common sense - sugary drink cravings will vanish after a month on water, if that.
