Gains
Don't work abs. You already work them if you do compounds.
Gains or Meme?
Rest days.
Gains or Meme?
>>40511578
Meme. It's an excuse to not do planks and other ab work cos they're boring and hard. Man up and work your core directly
>>40511578
Both. Compounds do work your core. But not enough if you want abs that really look good. It's mainly diet though if you want them to show. Everyone has them, they just won't look amazing unless you work them.

Gains.
What's a meme is newbies thinking you can do full body routines 5-6 days a week.
