Well, it's not amazing but progress is progress. The mistake I made when I started lifting was adding too much weight too fast. I ended up having shit form and having to deload multiple times.

Your doms may last longer if youre not making recovery your life. Get yourself a foam roller and google how to use it. Theyre easy to use and are key to recovery. Spend time stretching each and every night before bed. Make sure you eat right obvi. Maybe supps could help you like bcaas.
You lift when youre at the gym for two hours. Recover the next 22. Eat. Sleep. Stretch.
Dont focus on your progress, focus on your dedication. With dedication comes progress. Never quit.

I made the same mistake As long as you're making progress don't sweat too much. Remember that the progress described in SS is the result of eating 6000kcal a day and basically trying to become a fatass powerlifter. If you're not trying to get fat the gains will be slow. Just stick with it, and focus on form.
