Rad-140 is proven to bind to the androgen receptor in the prostate. Wouldn't this also mean it binds to all sex characteristics? Hands, dick, etc.

I don't know about hand and dick gains, but its basically a SARM, you can read about them and a bunch of other SARMs here:

they do give you low testosterone side effects, because they suppress testosterone while you're on them
