Started off just eating 500 calories below TDEE. Did that for 4 months. Then started going to gym, but I was just doing cardio stuff. After 8 months of that I started lifting (did a PPL routine), and I've been doing that ever since.
If I were to do it again I'd start lifting from the beginning.

What's your tactic for gaining muscle without gaining (too much) fat at this stage? I've also been training for like 4 years and have gained most of my muscle that I will gain so I need some tips. Just finished a cut and want to minimize fat loss as much as possible on my next bulk

Thanks. Gains are def a lot slower at this point. My plans are pretty simple: don't overdo surplus, and lift heavy stuff with proper volume. If your numbers are going up, you're making gains, generally speaking.
It is frustrating to make such slow progress visually, but climbing lifts are a great motivator.
