Thanks. Gains are def a lot slower at this point. My plans are pretty simple: don't overdo surplus, and lift heavy stuff with proper volume. If your numbers are going up, you're making gains, generally speaking.
It is frustrating to make such slow progress visually, but climbing lifts are a great motivator.
