/fit/ what was your intermittent fasting experience?

i'm still going strong but it feels like im fasting a bit much
Feeling hungry all morning then blacking out after a mile run.
Seriously though, the only drawback is I'm still getting used to eating all of my calories in a single 45 minute sitting.

Fuck fasting. Only weak skinny women can survive on fasting. Real men need to eat real food.
Used to have breakfast at 7am, lunch at 12, dinner at 6.
Didn't feel hungry at all at 7am, I only had breakfast that early because of habit.
Would get very hungry at around 4pm and end up eating junk food.
Started IF, breakfast at around 12, lunch at 3-4, dinner at 6.
Don't even feel hungry until about 1pm which only happens if I miss breakfast.
No longer hungry at around 4pm, so I no longer snack between meals which is helping a lot with my weight loss.
I am however sometimes hungry after dinner now, to which I usually have some yogurt for desert.
I definitely recommend it.

Shitty. I lift just as I wake up and I wrestle in the evenings. Never had energy for either.

you will desire sugar more, as it tricks your brain.
just drink sparkling water, mango is pretty good.
First couple of day suck, but you're body will adjust and you won't feel hunger anymore.
Eat Noon and stop at 6:00pm
I break down my fast into 2 meals and try to hit about 1000 calories each meal, but I am lucky if I get 800-900. I do this so that I am 100% satisfied with my meal and don't need to snack.

Takes maybe a week to accustomise to.
People will be perplexed and accuse you of witchcraft for not taking every opportunity to stuff your pie-hole.

Otherwise IF has been cosy as fuck. I just need to fix my routines so I can back into that sweet sweet 16/8. 12/12 isn't really a fast.

16:8 isn't a fast either. You're just skipping breakfast...
It sucks because breakfast food in the land of the free is GOAT, but IF makes your cuts pretty effortless IMO.
