Had to start my own thread to get an answer to my question,since qtddtot turned into discussion about Vikings.

What the fuck do people mean when they say 30% of calories from protein?
Does that mean that on a 3000 kcal diet almost a thousand of those should come from protein?
Considering there's about 4 calories per gram of protein,that would mean almost 250g of protein in a day?

Did I get this shit right?
