good question. I think they are for eating cold, which most people don't seem to eat oatmeal that way. The peanut butter chocolate one I tried taste like a delicious pudding cold

I do overnight oats from my broatcakes, it was a VAST improvment on the original recipe
>1 cup oatmeal, prepared overnight
>1 egg
>1 scant tsp baking powder
>pinch salt
>fry as 2 cakes in 1 TBSP butter until golden brown on both sides

hands down the tastiest /fit/ breakfast you can get and the macros are superb

Kind of related, how do I incorporate more protein in my oats?
I have tried to force myself to oatmeal with whey powder mixed in but it is honestly fucking gross. Does anyone have any better ideas?
