A lot of people on that powerlifting general are fat fucks who can deadlift 10000 pounds. all they do is eat junkfood all day and then lift.

The fat fucks keep giving beginners the same powerlifting routines like SS + GOMAD or SL without knowing what the beginners want. that powerlifting fit shit leaked into /r/fitness
