-Tried everything related skincare
-I guess the problem is in dairy products
-Don't want to back off from these because still have some hope to grow as I gained an inch at my 20s
So did anyone here completely cuted off dairy and still gained height? Is dairy really this important for growth factor?

the less you intake the more intolerant you get.
27 years old and still drink milk, whey and consume cheese on the reg. still going strong, farts just as strong as day 1
