Are months I can not get over the 82 kg, while now in the squat i lift 130 kg and in the deadlift 160 kg.
What Can I do?

What helped get my bench from 70kg to 110kg and still growing:

>Improving leg drive
>Improving hand placement
>Working on my rear delts and scapula with face pulls, reverse flyes, etc
>Dips for tri's
>Improving bar path
>More volume
>Cable crossovers
>Dumbbells

I expect to hit 150kg fairly soon

youre not the exception to progressive overload
I feel like youre overthinking your training. i stalled on bench for a long fucking time until i learned to stop stressing about a pointless 1rm

deload
5 sets of 5
next time you hit flat bench do 8 sets of 3
incorporate more dumbbell benching for better hypertrophy
incorporate spotto presses
dont max out every time you bench

all these things will help ANYONE break a "plateau"
