Are months I can not get over the 82 kg, while now in the squat i lift 130 kg and in the deadlift 160 kg.

What helped get my bench from 70kg to 110kg and still growing:

I feel like youre overthinking your training. i stalled on bench for a long fucking time until i learned to stop stressing about a pointless 1rm

next time you hit flat bench do 8 sets of 3
incorporate more dumbbell benching for better hypertrophy
incorporate spotto presses
dont max out every time you bench
all these things will help ANYONE break a "plateau"
