To put things in perspective i bench 195 currently and my waist is super slim 32

Dexa is one of the best methods but yeah bf tests can usually show roughly 4% too high or low depending on the individual.
That said you are definitely around 23-25%. 27% is probably pushing it a little bit.
People get trolled so easily into bulking here. You should STOP your bulk when you hit 15% regardless how much or little you have muscle mass to begin with. This is obviously if your goal is to be 'aestethic' and not a powerlifter or w/e.
And also the fact that people underestimate their bodyfat IMMENSELY which is why they usually get BTFO by bf tests.
