Do you guys do cardio?? What is the best form and when should I do it? I lift M W F for about 1.5 hours. Should I do it on off days or what?

Takes a while but when you start really hitting good run times it feels good.

OP, ideally do cardio as often as you can without it causing pain.
6 days a week is best on top of lifting. But of course this may not be possible so just do as many as you can.

Despite the lazy fucks who think cardio kills gains, it actually helps gains. Being more active supports a better environment in your body for creating and maintaining lean mass over fat mass.

Also having a good heart and lungs is more beneficial than lifting will ever be.

No, I'm still pretty fast and have decent stamina. It's just that when I do cardio immediately after lifting, my pump disappears. Is immediately after lifting a good or bad time, and does the pump actually matter?

Doesn't have to be about anime and if you live innawoods like me you can bring your gun and shoot at stuff which makes it even more fun.
