Was exercise or diet more of a challenge for you to make massive changes to? The many times I tried to put on muscle as a teen always fatigued me. At 18 I started on keto and found the energy needed for exercise was suddenly negligible. Did you have to conquer diet first or did exercise come easily before you made changes to eating habits?
Exercise came easily once I started enjoying it.
Diet has always been the struggle for me as I was always a fatass.
Meal prepping was the biggest thing that helped me stay on track. Having my diet laid out and ready for days in advance makes it a lot easier not to buy crap foods.
