>be forced to sit in jury duty for 2 weeks
>unable to sit comfortably
>low back stiff
>constantly squirming around and crossing legs over and under
>feel sharp pain when sitting with left foot on my right knee
>immediately stop and never sit cross legged again
>pain fades to a dull ache and itchy feeling on the left side of my sacrum
>no dysfunction in movement and pain is very low, but chronically itchy feeling remains

Any idea what went wrong and how to diagnose/fix it? I'm going to see a doctor as soon as I'm enrolled in medicaid (then trying to convince them to let me see an osteopath), but right now I'm going to a chiropractor who fixed everything except this, re-aligned my lumbar and sacrum yet the feeling is still there.

butt seriously, my symptoms are too minor for disc protrustion or SI joint dysfunction, so I'm wondering what it could be. If its a problem with a ligament it could be easily fixed with PRP
Look into referred pain from surrounding areas, going into the figure 4 position crowding your legs puts your glute max in a lengthened pos and the piriformis and lateral rotators in a shortened pos.. possibly some sciatic issue

First off don't see a fucking chiro that's a waste of money and time. Go see a doc and then they will refer you to a physio therpaist most likely.
