Is there a term for sort of everything lifters like Clarence Kennedy? As in, someone who does all the olympic lifts and accessories, in addition to bench press and deadlift, in addition to more bodyweight/calisthenics type movements, in addition to free running and tricking.
Obviously I'm not asking to get to clarence level (I lack the genetics and from-childhood athletic history to get close), but it'd be cool to get gud at a diverse range of strength and power related movements like benching, snatching and doing human flags all at the same time. Are there routines like this?

There's a program from Pendlay for your super total, so basically oly lifts + powerlifts + accessories. Maybe you can use DUP programs to train everything. On a strength day you do powerlifts, on a Power day you do oly lifts and on a volume day you train lacking muscles and what's left. You can add strongman stuff on strength or volume days.
clarence isn't a lifter, he is an artist.
