Listen anon. I used to be like you. I thought I was badass for being able to smoke and run marathons (btw lmao4miles) but just try dropping it for a month and see how much your aerobic and anaerobic capacity increases. It's insane.

If you care at all about performance I'd highly recommend it. The feeling of being able to go out and run 12 miles just because you feel like it is worth more than that post-run cig
