Sup Chink? It depends on how healthy you want to be at the end of the transformation. You can basically starve yourself and lose the weight in five months but you'll be miserable the whole time and look like shit once it's over. The best case scenario is you're skinnyfat but with a lot of loose skin.

Or you could lose it slowly while trying to build muscle at the same time. That might take two years.
