How many days of rest should I have between benchpress workouts?

Bump. I appreciate any helpful advice
>>40485405
3 weeks in between reps
>>40485405
2 min

My routine looks like this:
Week 1: ABABAXX
Week 2: BABABXX
where my A day includes bench. With this kind of routine I went from 60kg to 100kg (5 reps) bench in 4 months. Not bad, not great, but definitely a solid improvement. Maybe if your recovery is slower try ABXABXA -> BAXBAXB
>>40485405
you shouldn't bench. it's a fucking meme lift.

>ABABA
>BABAB
why did I chuckle at this

Thank you but what do a b x mean? New fag here

Bump

B would be his back and legs (alternate) routine, X would likely denote a rest day.
Notice how there are 7 letters in each week, one for each day.

Nice improvement. This schedule causes injury in lots of people though op. Only usefull if you heal fast or are intermediate or better

You do face pulls and band pull aparts for shoulder health.

Depends on how you train it. I had my strongest bench when I did
Upper body heavy
Lower body heavy
Cardio/ Rest
Upper body dynamic
Lower body dynamic
Cardio
Rest
Seemed to be enough time to rest my upper body but not strain myself by going too heavy too often
1 day usually is enough.
Upper body can take quite some volume.

if you're asking this question, then you have zero clue as to what the fuck you are doing.

Candito's Linear?

If your sleep and diet is good 2 days should be enough
>>40485651
Im going to guess because it brought back good memories of the band Abba
