Is this a legitimate workout routine i could do at home? Don't have easy access to a gym and don't have a lot of free time.

Where is the pulling movement? Pushing progressions? Seems kinda shit, the kind of thing a 14 year old scene kid does in his trailer bedroom in between 6,000,000,000 sets to failure of curls with a fixed 30lb CAP barbell from the local WalMart.
If you're getting your exercise routines from infographics I've got some bad news for ya.

No it's shit. It is omitting like half of your muscles and trains the other half badly.

These workouts are fucking stupid. If your goal is cardio fucking run or ride a bike. If you're goal is to make muscle you need resistance training. Thats how muscles grow. Think about it. You have to target the muscle you want to grow and work it. Like how a curl will target the bicep. The fuck is doing 4 jump squats or 40 punches targeting? Think about your goals and then research how to obtain them. At least read the sticky.
those pictures are cancer, If you want to feel good about yourself and achieve nothing, do this (or jerk off), if you want to make any progress, find a calisthenics routine. startbodyweight.com//r/bodyweight should fit your requirements.
